Rock Pest Control was one of the best decisions we have made. If you have, or think you might have, bed bugs please do not consider any other company. Ben could not have done a more thorough inspection, including bringing his bed bug dog Raven in as well. He also was 100% honest with us, and actually did not recommend any treatment in our situation. He truly just wanted to help us get to the bottom of our issue and not scam us out of money. He is extremely knowledgeable on all things pests and did a fantastic job sharing that knowledge with us as well. We will be switching our routine pest control to Rock Pest now and will be forever grateful for their quick service, professionalism, knowledge, and honesty. Could not recommend more.

Such a great experience with Rock Pest!
In a crazy and stressful event, it was done fast and friendly! I called on a Friday night, inspection on Saturday morning and Monday morning began treatment. Ben who did our inspection was great and very knowledgeable and Johnny who did our treatment was great and personable! I am so happy that I picked this company and my family was satisfied as well.

Exceptional customer service!!! It’s kind of surprising that a company like this still exists. No high pressure sales, just genuine, honest, and extremely knowledgeable professionals! I cannot recommend them enough! I’d been so stressed about my bug problem but the owner quickly eased my fears with his kindness and knowledge when he took my call on the middle of a Sunday afternoon. The next day he had someone out there going over options with me. Ben and Hunter have been nothing short of awesome. I am just so extremely grateful for Rock Pest Control and the kind, knowledgeable professionals they hire. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Got someone to our house within the hour and they were incredibly knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose that it was not in fact bed bugs but a similar looking type bug and saved us a ton of money. Would not recommend anyone else!

Andrew and Ivan came out and did a fantastic job. Respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. They're the type of people you can depend on if times get rough, like if a tire goes out on a rural road or giving birth on an airplane. 10/10
