I just want to say what a wonderful experience it was with Ben and Johnathan. Ben came in and explained what they were going to do, and he was so kind and answered all our questions, and Johnathan was so polite and explained all he had to do. So far I've been sleeping like a baby and haven't seen any little critters.
I will highly recommend Rock Pest. My son recommended them to us.

Matt just spoke to me on the phone for 20 minutes as I thought our family had a bed bug issue due to some bites on our bodies. He was calm, patient, and assured me it was NOT bed bugs. We 100% will be using Matt going forward for any pest control needs we have.
I called him on a Saturday afternoon and he was honest and up front with what his thoughts were on our situation. Often you worry about being scammed or just sucked in so that the company can have new business, but he was so honest and kind the whole conversation! Thank you Matt!

I have lived in a few different states and we have had pest control everywhere we have lived. Hunter came out to take care of some spiders for us the other day. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely care about the bug issues and fears we were facing. This is the best pest control company we have ever used. They certainly go the extra mile. Thanks again to rock pest!

I can not sing Matt's praises enough! We had a weird case where we saw a few bugs in our bathroom. We had multiple exterminators (including our usual guy) tell us we had bed bugs but couldn't find any evidence of them anywhere other than a bathroom. Matt was the first one to suggest it might be bat bugs. He could have easily come in and said bed bugs as well but he was honest. We can not thank him enough for his help! It saved us A LOT of money and headache. I would 100% use them anytime I had pest issues! They are trustworthy and very knowledgeable.
