I submitted their 'contact me' form online and heard from them promptly the next day. Without hesitation they answered my questions and gave me advice on what I heard in my attic. They scheduled me an appointment for Frank to take look for any entry points around the house.
Frank arrived early and even got up into the attic even though it was through a closet entry and I didn't have a tall enough ladder.
This is where other companies would have used this situation to fabricate work by saying they found something they didn't. Frank on the other hand was up front about not finding signs of rodents or bats, but still advised me of potential solutions for keeping them out. That's operating with utmost integrity and why I'll certainly be using them in the future for their bug control service.
I completely understand why they're so highly rated on here. They deserve it!

I'm very happy with Norman's pest control. Phil was my tech and he was very knowledgeable. He treated my home inside and out for a very reasonable price. I will continue using Norman's for my pest control from now on!

Adolfo with Norman’s Pest Control accurately determined our “hornet “ problem was a “cicada killer” infestation. Adolfo was friendly, polite and professional. I like the texting to set time of appointment and staying in touch! Thank you!
