Lukas came out and treated for mice, and I have to tell you, his customer service skills, professionalism, kindness and extreme thoroughness completely impressed me. He took so much time and care. And I was completely blown away. There has not been one sign of any mice since he came. The price was phenomenally fair. He was so informative and just an all around nice young man. I will recommend this company to everyone! Family owned businesses are the best! Thank you LUKAS!

I wasn’t sure what was going on at my home. I was waking up with bites all over my body and couldn’t find any bugs in my home. I called Ever-Ready and a sweet woman answered the phone and listened to my issues. I was literally in tears with frustration after a competitor said that they were going to charge me over $180 just to come out and inspect my home. She scheduled me an appointment and knew I had to be at work by 1pm, so she found someone to come sooner for me. They sent out a man named Craig. Sweetest man ever! He inspected my home and my room and said that I had no infestation. In fact no bugs at all. He set a couple of traps for me just in case. They didn’t charge me a dime to come and check my home. It was such a great experience as they ALL seemed like they cared and took extra time to help me so I could get to work on time and make sure that I didn’t have any issues going on at my home. Thank you Ever-ready and Craig and the sweet woman who was new at the time who took my call. Y’all are amazing!!

We have used Ever Ready for about 5 years. They are very professional- when you call to schedule an appointment, when the technician shows up at the house, handling payment, etc. Rick usually comes out and he does a great job and is very thorough. Everyone who has been out has done an excellent job. They send reminder post cards when it's time for your service, which is very helpful. They are easy to schedule with, too! I love that they are a local company! I recommend them all the time!
We thought we had termites, so they did an inspection when they were out to do a spray. Rick was honest about the issue and was not trying to up sell us or overcharge us! An honest company!
