We signed up for Worry-Free plan and are very happy. Keri in the office was so kind and helpful. She didn’t mind all of my questions and answered them all with great professionalism. Brian was our scheduled service professional. He did such a phenomenal job walking me through information about the initial treatment, ongoing treatment plan, and tips for my pets to keep everyone safe. I recently had a fantastic experience with Cole Termite and Pest Control. They were the third person eat control company I used in the past three years and the first that actually got it right!
I paid other companies to come get pests out of my attic but they all failed to be successful.
I now use Cole for all my pest needs including spraying for bugs like the spiders that loved to live on my back porch.
I highly recommend their services for anyone dealing with pest issues!

I’ve used Cole pest control a few years now when a neighbor had rats. Yes I was completely freaked out and kyle and Keri were so helpful and kind with my questions. You guys are awesome! This family owned business is very reasonable and reliable

I was blown away by the fast response and alternate solution to my carpenter ant problem! This company is honest and will be truthful, without a goal of putting money in their pockets. WILL DEFINITELY USE IN THE FUTURE!

First time using Cole's but will definitely not be the last. On the heals of a recent bad service experience with an appliance, I wasn't happy about having to schedule a different service call.
Travis arrived less than 24 hours after I scheduled an appointment after I saw a swarm of termites. He was very knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and explained what he was looking for so I'd know in the future. After the inspection he said that although he certainly could treat our house (for $1,500) that in his opinion it was unnecessary. What? That level of honesty and candor has become less and less common but was so greatly appreciated!
Based on today, I called to schedule a full pest treatment for seasonal ants and other little critters.
Thank you, Travis, for relieving my mind about the termites and for your fair and honest assessment. We really appreciate it and will certainly recommend you to others. Love that you are local and represent Raytown so well.
