Dealing with this company has been absolutely terrible. The incompetence of everyone who works for the blue beetle is truly astonishing.
They did almost nothing and gave me zero ways to problem solve my 🐁 problems. They charged me 189.00$ to put some steel wool in two holes and lay one bait trap outside and one under the kitchen sink.
They wanted to put sticky mouse pads out and thought it was funny that I said that was inhumane. I asked for snap traps and they said they would set some.
They did not and for the next few nights I could hear it somewhere in the house.
I called them back and said that the technician did not set traps and I was hearing it around the house at night.
They said I had to wait two weeks for them to come back or pay another 189.00$.
I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would call me back, 3 times I called and no one ever called me back.
I decided the only thing I could do was GO BUY, BAIT AND SET MY OWN TRAPS. As well as not feed my cat in hopes he would be more interested in hunting.
That night I woke up to my cat bringing me an almost dead rat pumping blood from its mouth to me in bed.
It was one of the worst night of my life and I haven’t been able to sleep properly since then.
I then called CRITTER CONTROL and they came and did such a great job.
My technician walked me through everything, showed me where he set all 15 snap traps. Filled holes in the foundation, showed me places I could spray some foam to prevent anything from coming in. Set 3 bait stations up outside and basically did an amazing job .
Blue Beetle is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with and would 0-10 recommend to anyone.

Carl Bell blue beetle technician is very professional and timely. His knowledge and experience with wasp insects was a relief for me and my family, he was able to find where they were nesting. Great appreciation so happy to have signed up with blue beetle company.

Been using Blue Beetle for a few years now, and Z was definitely the most thorough technician I've had. He took great care in removing any webs and was extra detailed with the few problem spots that I had with some wasps. I can't recommend Z enough! Thanks!

Tyler Wilson did an excellent job with our home. He was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions I had. He provides excellent customer service and goes out of his way to ensure he’s covered all bases. We have had no issues with bugs or rodents and continue to not have issues since he’s helped treat our place!

Andrew came to help us with a bed bug problem here in KC. He was the best. The situation was already something we did not want to deal with but he was extremely helpful and was able to give us some good tips. He also thoroughly inspected the whole apartment and even checked places we asked him to double check. Andrew deserves the 5 star review! I’m glad we got him to come help with our problem.
