AC Moving company helped to alleviate so much stress the day of my move. The owner had great communication. He responded to my questions quickly and just made me feel like everything was under control. They showed up on time, they were very professional, help clarify exactly what was going to happen and I literally just sat back. That was the easiest move I have ever had. I would highly recommend AC Moving to anyone.

Exceptional service, AC made my move stress free. I am so thankful I found them. The owner made sure we were taken care of. I was referred by one of my good friends who had used them previously and boy am I glad I called. Those guys move fast, everyone was professional and I had no issues with my furniture. I will definitely be referring all of my family and friends to them.

BEWARE OF THIS “company” when you are looking for accountability of money they took that was not owed them. As well as personal property damage due to lack of appropriate wrapping. I’m not sure who I’m more upset with, myself for having too much faith in this company based solely on past positive experiences with other moving companies. Or AC Moving, for their lack of accountability, professionalism, and argumentative position when I realized they had charged me too much money. I called this “company” the following day, and naively walked into this conversation confident they would recognize the error and promptly rectify it. That was anything but what happened!! Long story short, they were contacted twice by me trying to resolve the issue. The second time I called, I was assured the “ discount” would be refunded back to my card, “within 24 hours” so I was told. They have done nothing to follow through with their commitment to me, the customer, to put me in a position to say anything other than this very negative review. That was not the only lie o was told while dealing with them. I also noticed damage to a couple of pieces that were not wrapped properly, or at all.

The staff was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company as a preferred moving partner. Their rates are affordable, date take the stress out of the moving process. Out of five stars I would give them eight! They handled my heirloom Mira as if it was the holy grail. No damage or injury came to eat at all! If you want your moving experience to be GREAT give them a call!
