We've just started with Alta and so far I am quite happy with their service. Our tech, Dylan, was very helpful, informative, and conscientious. I was quite impressed with him.
I also really appreciated that their sales rep, Cleo, didn't act like a typical sales rep. She was pleasant and personable without a hint of hard sell or manipulation. She also knew her stuff and was able to answer questions efficiently.
Finally, for us, the outside-only treatment is a plus. I've done some research on it now and the studies I read say it's quite effective. Since two people in our house are allergic to pyrethrins - including the synthetics that are not supposed to bother those with allergies - not having to stay out of our home overnight is a huge bonus.

Omar is exceptional! Not only in his work ethic but in his professionalism and his kind demeanor. He is a joy to have work at our home! He does a great job of explaining what he is doing (since my knowledge on pests is very limited) and what to expect from the work completed.

1. They lock you into a BS 12 month contract without telling you. 2. If you try and cancel, they charge you $300+. 3. Whatever they are doing isn’t getting rid of the bugs. Rats are showing up dead now and we never had rodent problem. 4. The salesmen are pushy. 5. They are professionally scam artists. 6. Customer service is poor and they give you major attitude if you try and cancel or ask for help. So ya, I’d stay far away from this company. Go with Joshua’s.
