Garcia, James and Butch were an amazing team! This is the fourth time I have hired them to move my grand piano, and I will continue to use them. We went over any existing nicks before we started. They wrapped the piano very well. They moved the keyboard end going down first, which is correct so that the skid contacts with the ground and not the instrument. They had to go around the house and protected the lawn, which made me happy. Very polite and enjoyable guys! Thank you so much!!!

What can't I say about Gerber Transfer? First they moved a piano across KC for us and did an outstanding job that took the stress away from me from having to figure it out on my own. Then when we moved 65 miles across KC they were exceptional. Out of our last 4 moves, between my wife and I, they were 100% the easiest and best to work with. They were the ONLY company out of five that we asked for quotes that came out and surveyed what was moving. They gave us recommendations, brought out the wardrobes, and then made the easiest work of moving us to our new place with pick up one day and drop off the next. They have been nothing but helpful, worked with our concerns, and then took care of our goods and dropped them off without any incident. You get what you pay for. They gave us the best treatment and made this move the most painless and easiest we've ever had. Thanks!

Why do they assert themselves as piano moving specialists when they fail to even wrap our newly acquired piano in moving carpet?
Certainly, this will result in damaging our piano.

They did a great job moving me! They were proactive in helping me obtain boxes and wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes. Very easy to work with. I'd recommend!
