We hired Moving Kings for the move to our new house. We required 2 separate moves on the same day (storage unit to new house) + (apartment to new house) and our crew was amazing! Efficient, respectful, careful with our belongings - and made sure my husband didn't try to lift too many heavy things on his own (as he tends to try haha).
We were quoted 7 hours for the move, but due to the dedication and professionalism of the crew - they got it all done in 5.5 hours (saving us time and money).
Did I mention it's was 90 degrees/a heat advisory too? You wouldn't have known based on how quickly and happy this crew was to jump in and help.
Can't say enough good things about our experience or Moving Kings!

We(an otr trucking co) needed help with one plt to come off our truck since we had no lift gate. We got in touch with Jessie early in the morning,when a different guy failed us, and Jessie met me a mile from the del and didn't miss a beat. I give 10 stars if the reviews would allow it. We switched it to his truck, went to the 3rd floor with this item and it was done. This guy is the professional goto guy by far

-17 degree wind chill, 3 man crew, 4 bed to a 5 bed house which included a piano. These guys were AMAZING! They didn't complain or show a hint of a complaint about their work. They were efficient, patient, communicative and just plain awesome. The crew was especially careful and thoughtful. Their customer service was above and beyond what I expected, especially given the icy stairs and freezing conditions. How they got a piano from our living room down the icy stairs (there was some salt) and into the truck within a few minutes was astounding. This 3 man crew had our move completed within the quoted hours. I hope I never do, but if I had to move again, I would 100000% contact Courtney at Moving Kings. She made it easy and pleasant. Do yourselves a favor and let Moving Kings take care of you.

I had Moving Kings on a job dated 11/20/2022 between the hours of approximately 3:30pm - 7:00pm. During this time, MANY of my furniture items were broken and not discovered until I unwrapped the items that the movers had packed up.
Pictures are attached of SOME of the damage caused - my bed frame, antique speakers, antique/family heirloom cabinet/nightstand, even the underneath of my couch was ripped by the movers. My mattress arrived with dirt marks that could have been avoided had they wrapped my bed in plastic as I had requested The mattress was also deformed as the movers used moving straps, but failed to treat with care and caused permanent creasing/lumps in the mattress. I, also, specifically told movers of the fragile/ANTIQUE items and even let them inspect items for best tactic before they began moving furniture.
Upon arrival at the drop off location - Instead of telling me about the damages, the movers placed my items in a corner of my new apartment to hide the damages that THEY caused.
On top the careless recklessness that lead to the damage of over 70% of the items moved - the movers managed to break the freight elevator at the pick up location. This left a multitude of items still at my old address on the day of the move and an unfinished job. The movers were to call me back to come finish the job the following day (as this was their fault), but never called; now Moving Kings (as a company) will not answer calls about my damaged items or the unfinished move job. I left multiple calls for both Associate Managers, Kourtney and Jesse with no response. Kourtney responded by e-mail for a follow up call and never reached back out via phone as asked.
I also have items missing from the move that the Movers placed in the truck - dog food bowl stand, shoe stands, screws from furniture (that Moving Kings removed), and large mirrors.
Research your moving companies - I highly recommend All My Sons as they fixed the error caused by Moving Kings.

My brother and sister in law used moving Moving Kings twice and loved them, so we used them too. We had a very positive experience too! Cody, Dillon and Jacob were amazing. They went above and beyond to take care of our things while making the move seamless. They were all friendly and very hard working. We felt lucky to work with them! Courtney was our contact in the office and she was friendly and helpful.
